Who We Are?
Gebouwbeheersysteem.be is an initiative of Orzo BV and was founded to guide companies in Flanders with the obligation regarding Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS).
From December 31, 2025, non-residential buildings with heating capacity or cooling capacity > 290 kW must have a compliant building automation system. From 2029, this threshold will be lowered to 70 kW.
We help companies translate these regulations into concrete and achievable technical solutions — without over-investment, with focus on energy savings.
